1. ELIGIBILITY

Each entrant, by entering the Raffle, agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release the Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club, Raffle Sponsor, and its members from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the Raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process. The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in a country or city where the raffle is not prohibited.

2. TICKET PURCHASE

The cost to purchase a single-entry ticket for the Raffle is $5.00 or three ticket for $10.00. Any entrant may purchase more than one ticket. An entrant can enter the Raffle by purchasing a ticket online or by contacting a booster club member. Tickets may also be purchased at a participating sponsor N. Ft. Myers LaundroMart. Ticket payment can be made by cash or check. If an entrant’s payment is dishonored for any reason, such entrant’s ticket will be declared invalid unless satisfactory payment is made prior to the Raffle drawing. Completed entry ticket forms and money must be in the possession of the Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club by noon on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2018. Any entry tickets not returned prior to the stated deadline of Friday, December 21, 2018 may be resold the day of the Raffle Drawing. The ticket forms will be handled and recorded on a first come, first served basis. Any ticket forms and payments (including payments previously dishonored) received after closure of the Raffle will be returned to the entrant. Upon receipt of a completed registration form and valid payment, a ticket with assigned drawing number will be issued.

3. PRIZE

A Sony4 Play Station.  The Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club will not act as agent on behalf of the winner. The winner must pick up the Sony at N. Ft. Myers LaundroMart, 216 Pondella Road, N. Ft. Myers, FL 33903. The Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club will not act on behalf of the winner in arranging final transportation. Winner will be responsible for reporting the prize and paying all taxes.

4. WINNING CHANCES

We are selling as many tickets as we can. There is no maximum number of tickets that will be sold. Each ticket represents one chance to win. The more you enter, the better your chances of winning. You may enter as many times as you like.

5. DRAWINGS

Winner will be determined by a single random drawing of all the eligible tickets received by the entry deadline of 3pm on December 21, 2018. Winner need not be present to win, Drawing will be held at N. Ft. Myers LaundroMart at 5pm on December 21, 2018.

6. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF DRAWING

The Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club reserves the right to modify the Raffle. The Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club has the option to modify the Raffle by extending the ticket sales deadline to meet the minimum number of tickets sold.

7. WINNERS

Winner will be notified by phone, email or by mail based upon the information received on the ticket. Name of winner will be available at the Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club website. Winning entrants agree to allow the Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club to use their photos, names, likeness and statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability releases. Failure to do so if requested or if one otherwise fails to comply with these rules and/or to make arrangements to claim his or her prize within thirty (30) days of notification will void the that entry.

8. AWARDING OF PRIZE

Only one name may be listed on a ticket or ticket will be null and void. Upon notification of winning the winner will provide any identification as required and it must be the entrant. Delivery or payment of any prize shall be made solely to the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant, in a multiple party entry, to allocate any such prize among the participants in a multiple party entry.

9. AUTHORITY AND CONTROL

The decision of the Lehigh Senior High School Booster Club shall be final in all matters concerning the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to the laws of the State of Florida. Void where prohibited by law.
